Very impressed with the way she makes you question, investigate, and skillfully guide you to deduce your own solutions. Jackie is by far, the calmest, understanding therapist I've ever had. She helps me understand why I am feeling the way I do, and helps me find alternative ways of dealing with my issues. It is a relaxed atmosphere and I was totally at ease.
Jackie also helped me to stop smoking ... 18 months on, I'm still a non smoker!
I would highly recommend both Jackie & Ian, a great team for sure!

I had a number of sessions with Ian and he was absolutely amazing!
Having struggled heavily with anxiety and food I turned to Ian through recommendation. The sessions not only made me feel more confident empowered and better in general, Ian also provided me for strategies whenever I did feel anxious which helped immensely.
I can now say confidently I am trying new foods which I never thought I would ever try, my anxiety is under control and I have a number of techniques in my arsenal... other than that being provided with a mindful MP3 it has improved my sleep quality and focus!

I cannot explain in a short review just how much Ian has helped me
I cannot explain in a short review just how much Ian has helped me, changed my way of thinking and ultimately my whole outlook on life. I started seeing Ian due to anxiety and depression, having a constant sense of being overwhelmed, but this has now totally gone. Ian has not only provided treatment for issues I was suffering but has also educated me in the process.
I used to feel broken, but he has explained the reasoning behind my thoughts, feelings and emotions and has provided me the tools to see past and overcome them. After every session I could feel I was improving and grower stronger. Friends, family and colleagues all commented on my positive changes, and I now have what I set out to achieve, which is an “I can achieve anything” attitude I had from a decade ago.
Being a stereotypical man, I was very sceptical about the notion of therapy and hypnosis, but Ian is such a genuine guy I felt as at ease as chatting to a friend in the pub. I genuinely looked forward to each session. I could have completed my sessions sooner having tackled my initial issues but continued for a few more weeks to take advantage of the gains and hone in on some other areas of my life I wanted to improve, and now the sky is the limit.
I would recommend Ian to anyone and everyone. Whether you have specific issues, or a certain challenge, or just want to build your confidence. For anyone that is looking for help but is unsure, I urge you to go for the initial consultation.
